Are goals and aspirations the same thing
Setting goals in your career is important.The difference between aspiration and goal.An aim or desired result.And then aspirations are 10 or 20 years of an outlook.Something that i have struggled with in the past is understanding the difference and interplay between goals, stretch goals and aspirations.While the term is often used synonymously with goals, there are some important differences.
